Avatar Walfred accompanies visitors along digital spots in the museum in a chat format. A daily updated overview shows all events, guided tours, feeding times and activities and can be notified in time via push alert. 360° views and maps help with orientation.

Walfred the porpoise is the mascot of the OZEANEUM Stralsund. During their visit, users can chat with Walfreds avatar. Walfred mediates content, offers in-depth knowledge and actively communicates with users, for example in quiz format. In search of virtual herrings, he guides guests through the museum along digital spots. Together with the mascot, they can explore the museum level by level.

Guidance & Orientation
